Rosemary is CEO and founder of Strategic Insights Inc., specializing in market and competitive analysis in the energy, nuclear energy, aerospace, manufacturing and infrastructure industries. She is an Accredited Business Communicator and has been trained in Competitive Intelligence and Analysis by an ex-CIA analyst with the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. Prior to founding Strategic Insights Inc., Rosemary was also responsible for competitive intelligence and analysis and Canadian marketing for Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL). Rosemary has also held various positions at: Export Development Canada, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, and Environment Canada.
Rosemary’s work has enabled companies to achieve sustainable growth by implementing sound marketing strategies and tactics, developing communications plans, and providing insights to fuel corporate growth through competitive analysis. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Studies) from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts (Political Science) from Carleton University.

With 30 years of experience in the Ontario energy sector, Marion has worked for and consulted with a wide range of energy companies, associations and energy consumers. She understand the Ontario energy sector, it recent evolution and future challenges. She has earned a reputation as a leader in the sector with a strong record of participation on boards and committees at the national, provincial and municipal level.
Marion is considered one of the foremost practitioners of sustainable energy policy and programs in Ontario. She pioneered conservation programs at Ontario Hydro contributing to saving over 1200 MW of electricity from 1989 to 1993. When the McGuinty government was elected in 2003, Marion was hired as Senior Policy Advisor for the Ontario Minister of Energy to ensure that sustainability was a key element in energy policy. Most recently, Marion was the content coordinator for the Green Energy Act Alliance and was named one of the Top 20 Movers and Shakers in Ontario’s Green Power Sector.

Andrew is a globally experienced sales and marketing specialist who has held diverse portfolios comprised of success-driven business development and negotiation, direct sales expertise, consumer engagement strategy and senior relationship management. Prior to joining Strategic Insights, Andrew was head of business development at The Cobra Group of Companies in London, England, and was Chief Operating Officer of its Canadian arm in Toronto. Andrew has worked in over 20 countries within Europe, the Middle East, Australia and North America. Andrew holds a degree from McGill University and York University.

Robert Nolan joined Strategic Insights Inc. with vast experience in market analysis, data collection, strategic planning and marketing. At Strategic Insights, Robert has added significant value to the team by identifying opportunities in the construction, wind and solar energy sectors as well as assisting clients to implement their business development strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Robert has worked at B&M Land Co. carrying out Market Research. He also worked in management supervisor roles in retail sectors.
Robert is a recent graduate of Dublin Institution of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Jenna Shaw provides support to clients by providing logistical and business development support to move client files forward. Jenna is responsible for client relations and coordination, advanced media scanning, pipelining of business and project opportunities, and conducting in-depth market research. Prior to joining Strategic Insights, Jenna worked for Bridgepoint Group Ltd., a Consulting, Investment Banking and Private Equity firm that facilitates the development, management and acquisition of sustainable energy and infrastructure across North America.
In addition to her work with Bridgepoint Group Ltd., Jenna also worked for Municipal Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in municipal government relations. As a result of her work with Municipal Solutions, Jenna has become actively involved in municipal government and has coordinated a political campaign.
Due to Jenna’s excellent capabilities, Strategic Insights recruited her and she is a highly valued part of the Strategic Insights team.
